Due to the COVID-19 virus, as of March 26, 2020, my office will be closed temporarily and my staff and I will be working from our respective homes. We can be reached by e-mail as usual, and we can check for voice-mail messages and call you back. However, during this time my fax machine will be shut off.
We will check periodically for paper mail delivered to the office. Incoming mail will be set aside for at least two days before we physically handle it.
If you must deliver paper documents or other materials to us and you cannot mail them, please call ahead to make arrangements. Please consider e-mailing scanned copies of the documents to us instead of delivering the paper originals (just store the originals in a safe place in the meantime until we resume normal operations). If the documents have sensitive information and you are concerned about the privacy and security of e-mail, we will help you deliver e-copies via Sync.com, a Canadian secure file-transfer service.
The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. Things probably will change. I will post updates here, as needed.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Stay safe.
