My background and my mediation qualifications
I am a lawyer in private practice in Prince George.
I was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1997. I was a member of a larger law firm in Prince George from 1997 to 2009. I have been a sole practitioner in Prince George since 2009. Over my years of practice I have travelled to most parts of British Columbia in representing my clients. I have appeared as counsel for clients at many mediations.
I have completed the fundamental and advanced civil mediation training. I have taken further training for multi-party mediations, mediations involving high-conflict personalities, and mediation-arbitration dispute resolution.
I am a Member of the Civil Roster of the ADR Institute of BC. Members of the ADRBC civil roster must meet required standards of mediation training and experience, and they must commit to ongoing professional development and to standards of professional conduct.
